A few images made at my grandparent’s house late this summer. I’ve been struggling with these for a while now, trying to decipher whether or not they would resonate with anyone other than myself and if they are worth sharing or not. Here’s a taste.

While on my way to meet with an old friend who’d just moved to New York, I took a short detour to the bank of the Hudson river to make this picture.
These two images take me back to when I was small, exploring the wooded area behind my parents house, pretending I was Indiana Jones in the jungle of Peru or something similar. At an earlier time, all I wanted was a tree fort from which I could lead an imaginary army into battle. [...]
